My Top Ten & Top Favorite Books Of The Year

Every year in December I will be posting my top ten and top five favorite books for that year. I will start choosing these books in late November, however every once and awhile there will be a book chosen before November. A book that is chosen early is rare and happens because of the remarkable quality of that book. Books chosen before November will have a mention about being chosen within their reviews but will not be officially posted here until December. Any books published after the last day in October will be considered for my top ten or five categories the following year.

Please know that I am in no way a leading authority in the book industry. These books are chosen because they are my favorites and in my opinion were top-notch for that year.

Ranking System

All ranking on my blog are born of my own opinion of the book and in no way relate to or are influenced by professional publishers rankings. All my rankings are from 1 to 5. In each review there will be a break down of the ranking I have given it. The break down categories can change with each book to fit their individual needs. Fire In The Sheets ranking Since my first book love is romance, I do have a Fire In The Sheets ranking that judges how hot the sex scenes in the book get.
